It's Good Friday today, and Easter on Sunday. The kids had their Sunday School Easter Program already, and despite memorizing their pieces the day of it all went well.
Now, instead of a poem I'm going to type up a story Sophie dreamed up for school.
P.J. Party *in space*

I was in my P.J.'s waiting for my friends to come for my pajama party. Then I heard a weird buzzing noise. A blinding flash of light and I was sucked into blackness. I became aware that this was no ordinary darkness. It was suddenly filled with colorful lights and blaring music. Than I was sucked back into a darkness. back into a silence so silent it hurt my ears. Then I felt water splashing on my face. My first intention was an ocean. More water. Colder than the first. I became aware of the pounding of blood in my ears. Then I was aware of a pair of black eyes staring at me. It was lime green in hotpink P.J.'s Then I saw more and they had colorful pajamas on. "She is awake! Let's get this party started!" said a creature in baby blue P.J.'s. Then they turned on the muisic and put on popcorn. I need to get home...but how?!?! Then like they read my mind, they picked me up, put me on a mattress, and flung me out the window. When I flew in through my open window, I heard doors slam. I went downstairs to meet my guests. What a party I had!
